Training and Certification
Quality matters. Every Quicksand partner is required to complete our structured training programme before they begin selling or deploying the product.
The programme covers product architecture, deployment best practices, sizing and performance tuning, ongoing operations, and incident response procedures. Training is delivered through a mix of self-paced online modules and live instructor-led sessions, and concludes with a certification exam.
Certification Levels
- Quicksand Certified Associate — Foundational product knowledge for sales and pre-sales engineers. Covers use cases, licensing, and basic deployment scenarios.
- Quicksand Certified Engineer — Hands-on technical certification for engineers who deploy, configure, and maintain Quicksand in customer environments. Includes lab exercises on sizing, high-availability setup, and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Quicksand Certified Expert — Advanced certification for senior engineers and architects. Covers performance tuning, custom policy development, multi-tenant operations, and escalation procedures.
Certifications are valid for two years, with renewal courses available to keep your team current on new features and best practices. Partners who maintain certified staff receive priority access to technical support, early access to product releases, and enhanced listing visibility in our Partner Directory.
